Management in Healthcare Organizations
Two issues can create real problems for managers in healthcare organizations: 1) poor budget management, and 2) low patient satisfaction scores. Despite managers’ need to understand both of these critical concepts, often, little practical education is provided to help them succeed.
MCHC is proud to host Rosemary Homer of Halligan-Lynch Healthcare Consulting as she leads this full-day program to benefit managers at all levels of healthcare organizations. She will provide useful knowledge and practical ideas for developing one’s business acumen, as well as key strategies for driving high levels of customer service in the uniquely challenging healthcare environment.
These concepts will be presented in a very interactive format with discussion and application throughout, so participants leave with practical ideas to implement in their organizations!
Written notice of cancellation may be made via email to Donna Wallace at firstname.lastname@example.org. A $50 service charge applies to any refunds of registration fees. Cancellations will be accepted and refunds issued for requests received at least five business days in advance of the program date. Substitutions are always welcome.
For assistance with registration, please contact Donna Wallace at 312-906-6129 or email@example.com.
Questions regarding program content may be directed to Kristina Miller, Program Manager, Human Capital Services, at 312-906-6196 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
