Leading and Motivating a Multigenerational Organizations
CHEF’s 36th Annual Meeting will explore how hospitals and physician groups are undergoing change as many senior executives and physicians will retire in the coming years. Engagement strategies for the next generation of physicians and executives will be outlined to insure that employees have the skills and resources to address changes that are occurring as a result of health care reform. Esteemed panelists will outline how to motivate middle management as senior level executives are prolonging their retirement due to economic issues. Overall core value differences will be discussed and ways to develop rewards applicable to each generational segment will be identified.
