What’s Trust Got to Do With It?

 

Cynthia Rogers to speak on Trust at September 2nd meeting of ACHE Lake County

Experts agree that trust is a critical ingredient in effective relationships, be they personal or professional. Unfortunately, many are unaware of how their actions and behaviors influence trust; they have little to no knowledge of what trust-building behaviors are.

 

We are happy to have Cynthia Rogers with us on September 2nd for her presentation

entitled “What’s Trust Got to Do With It?”. She will take us through a four-element model of Trust (Able, Believable, Connected and Dependable) that are necessary in building a trusting, productive work environment.

 

The meeting will be held at Condell Medical Center, Lake County, IL from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. Light Refreshments will be served
