Congratulations to Alena Katsnelson!
Alena Katsnelson has accepted the position of Guest Relations Manager /Operations Process Improvement Specialist at Rush University Medical Center. As the Manager of Guest Relations, Alena will be responsible for providing a welcoming, high quality and supportive hospital service experience for patients, families, visitors and staff as well as responding to the needs of these customers and providing support for Guest Relations Associates. Alena will support the Support Services Division inclusive of Occupational Safety, Environmental and Linen Services, Food and Nutritional Services, Transport, Medical Center Engineering, Hospital Guest Relations, Radiation Safety, Administrators On-Call, and Religion, Health, and Human Values through interactions between key hospital leaders, project management, performance improvement opportunities, and facilitation of data to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Alena is a recent graduate of Governors State University’s Master of Healthcare Administration Program. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Management from Clark University in Worcester, MA. Alena has experience working as an Administrative Intern with The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary (Otolaryngology Department) and Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Hospital Operations/Surgical Services Department).
