What do current volunteers have to say?

CHEF is an outstanding way to stay engaged with local professionals. Health leaders must remain vigilant on the issues and keep strong ties with peers to facilitate best practices. CHEF is that opportunity to remain connected while strengthening the community and profession! Great way to give back!

Richard Greenhilll, Lean Six Sigman Program Manager, James A.Lovell Federal Health Center, Membership & Advancement Committee, ACHE Lake County Outreach Initiative

I am currently serving as the co-chair of the Education & Networking Committee and I am leading CHEF’s social media efforts.  I joined CHEF shortly after moving to Chicago and it has become one the highlights of living here.  CHEF not only provides a fantastic network of personal and profession contacts, but also creates an environment where everyone can explore their passions.  Every time I attend a CHEF event or committee meeting, I experience a renewed sense of energy for this industry and am thankful to work in such a great community.

Beth Weidner, Senior Consultant, Health Planning Source, Inc., Education & Networking Committee, Website & Social Media Committee

I am new to CHEF and to the Networking/Education Committee, however I have already been able to meet some great people who are leaders in the Healthcare Community and who care greatly about CHEF.  Committees are a great way to meet people and they have allowed me to feel like I am a part of CHEF.
